Saginaw County Department of Public Health
The Saginaw County Department of Public Health has provided ten Public H1N1 Vaccination Clinics throughout the community. For your convenience, vaccine is now available as follows:
Children 9 years old or younger in need of their second dose will be able to receive the vaccine once there are 28 days separating the date they received their first dose. Parents/Guardians MUST bring their child's Influenza Vaccination Record in order to receive the second dose. Persons wishing to get the vaccine for themselves or their children should bring proof of identification (i.e. drivers license). Persons are also strongly encouraged to bring insurance cards with them to the clinic, if available. At this time, it is expected that nasal Flu Mist vaccine will be administered at the clinics unless specific illnesses or conditions prevent its use. The injections will only be given to those who cannot take the flu mist nasal spray.
