Clean Sweep Pesticide Collection Program
Clean Sweep is a collection for unwanted and unused pesticides. This program is now offered in the Saginaw Bay Watershed by the Environmental Health Services Division. Free collections are available to any citizen of Michigan once-a-month from spring through fall. Contact 989.758.3685 for an appointment. This Clean Sweep collection program is the 13th pesticide collection program in the state, made possible by grants from the Saginaw Bay Watershed Initiative Network and the Michigan Department of Agriculture.
IT’S FREE!
Who can use this program?
Any Michigan homeowner, farm, greenhouse, nursery, golf course or other end user of pesticides can use this service, but not dealers or persons who apply pesticides for hire. Dealers and persons for hire may use these collections to dispose of pesticides at cost.
