Water Samples

You may obtain a water sample container for bacteriological analysis of your drinking water from the Laboratory Services Division between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The Laboratory is located in Room 104 of the Bennie T. Woodard, Jr. Public Health Center and will accept water samples for testing on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, before 4:00 p.m. Results are normally available Friday after 4:00 p.m. There is a $16 fee for well water testing. You may also check your water for lead for an additional $16.  Contact the Laboratory at 989.758.3825 for further information.
