The Community Resource Nurse (CRN) provides information to the public via telephone or direct interaction on any health-related question. Appropriate referral will be made to resources at the Health Department or within the community that can help the individual or group requesting information. Individuals can be assessed directly for the following:

Blood Pressure

Skin rashes

Ear problems

Head lice

TB skin test readings

Pregnancy testing (verification of testing done at home that was positive)

Monday - Friday:  8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
