The Saginaw Health Plan is a health plan for people living in Saginaw County who are between the ages of 19-64 years old who don’t have any other health insurance including Medicaid and Medicare. There are income guidelines. The plan covers doctor visits, lab tests, x-rays, prescriptions, and some medical supplies with small co-payments. It does not pay for any hospitalization, emergency room visits, ambulance charges, durable medical equipment (e.g. wheelchairs, canes, etc.), dental, or vision costs.

Clients should call (989) 758-3855 or visit room 200 to schedule an appointment.  Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Walk-ins may be taken if there is a cancellation.
